Operational principle

PP melt blown filter element is a filter material formed by melt blown process using polypropylene as raw material, with a working temperature of 60 ℃. Precision filtration can remove suspended solids, certain colloidal substances, and small particles in water.
Polypropylene filter element is a fixed pore deep filtration element with ultra-fine polypropylene fiber filter material as the filtering medium, and the filter material meets the relevant requirements of FDA. Filter accuracy range from 0.1? M to 60? m. Its unique characteristics of low pressure difference, high flow flux, and long service life are the products selected for pre filtration.
